UPDATE: while initially disappointed in the life span of this product, the company has reached out to me and made things right. They have offered a brand new roller at zero cost, but due to shipping issues they instead gave me $50 Sam’s on gift card. Well worth the purchase. At least you have the piece of mind that if you get a bad apple the company will make it right. Was excellent to begin with. Affordable, firm, and the four different levels of vibration were perfect. HOWEVER, after about 3 months of daily use for about 20 mins/day, something broke inside. It is now insanely loud regardless of what speed you are on. Similarly, the level of vibration(regardless of the setting) widly varies as you roll the device. Sadly I can't return it. Better off saving up some more money and getting a better quality device in my opinion.
As a personal trainer I’ve been using all sorts of rollers for self myofacial release for the last 16 years on myself and my clients. Once they added motors and vibration to these tools I knew they would be even more beneficial for soft tissue work, and they really have been. I’ve tried four different brands of vibrating rollers and the Lifepro has been my favorite so far. It’s perfectly firm and powerful, just as needed to work on achey muscles and adhesions. And even more beneficial, their customer service is top notch too! They have a live person to talk to and answer any question you may have with regards to their products.
What a great product! I am a 64 year old female who still does strenuous activities. Instead of steroids I opted to fix my problem. The tendonitis in both arms is much better improving daily! The forearm muscles are now more relaxed and pliable. Planning on using the roller on full body! Great support from company as well! Thanks!
I mainly use the Surger Vibrating Foam Roller to recover from my running activities. I run about 20 to 30 miles a week, so I'm always interested in ways on how to recover fast. I purchased the Surger during the Thanksgiving sale in , out of curiosity and seeing the positive customer feedbacks. Ever since I got it, I've been using it, at least twice a day, mostly before and after every running session. I have a regular foam roller, and in comparison, the Surger is way better, I think. I like the way it vibrates like a massage, with different speed levels, and timer settings. I have been getting new running PR's lately, and I think the Surger contributed to it a lot.
Tried one at the gym once. Bought it the next day. Is awesome for rolling out your back, legs, abs, and just about everything else. So much better than just a foam roller.Do not use on the base of your skull though. I turned that mother on and my brain just jiggled around my head until I saw stars and little birds. But that got me thinking about other uses. :-0
