I’ve been using this product for working out with the sweet sweat waist band. I have a child and some extra weight from pregnancy in my mid section so I’m trying to slim down my waist. It’s been working great, after my workout, when I take the waist band off I can see the sweat dripping down my waist. During my workout I can feel the heat from it working and doing it’s job. I love this stuff !! It works great with a waist trainer belt. Must have both. When I take it off, I’m literally pouring sweat off my stomach ! My abs feel more sore from the workout. Do yourself a favor and buy it

Although I was unsure of it's results, upon reading all of the wonderful reviews I decided to give it a shot. The coconut stick smells amazing, but what really stole my attention was the amount of sweat I produced after my routine workout.
