Exercise Ball - Green - Large

So most obvious - you can't beat the price! I had bought one that was close to 3 times the price to compare and they both performed as well. I am returning the $34.00 purchase. So here is what I learned:- You need to build your core and leg strength before you can use the ball all day for desk work - so don't give up (it took me about a month).-All legs are not the same length - I bought the first more expensive ball recommended for 5'4'' height (up to 60CM) and it just did not seem right for my legs, so I ordered a size up (this ball up to 80CM) and filled it to capacity. That was way to high but every day I let out some air until I got to a comfortable height for my legs.-I used it every day alternating between my wooden chair and the ball. Today I just realized that I was comfortable and my feet were flat on the ground and my shoulders were back for the first time (in jeans!)!-I am plus sized and it holds my weight (200+) nicely-blowing up any of these balls is a walk-out and takes a little time 9but the gadget they include works fine)-I recommend this ball for seating and/or exercise for all body types

I bought this ball for my son with autism. The ball burst after one month (which actually lasted longer than the 4 balls I purchased before that from different companies). I emailed the company with a request for replacement and they sent a new one soon after. I'm so glad they honor their warranty. The replacement ball is currently working great!

I chose this ball because it's PINK and it's the size I currently use in physical therapy to help with low back/hip pain (bulging discs and si joint pain). It did take a bit of time with the included pump to pump the ball up to the correct size. But then again, I got the largest ball! I'm about 5'3 and balance on top laying on my stomach, holding onto the floor for stability while my feet don't touch the floor. That feels so good on my low back. I also like to sit on top and stretch my hips side to side and back and forth. There are other things I like about this ball. I'm about 200 lbs but don't feel like the ball has trouble supporting my weight. It feels nice and thick and sturdy! I plan to get another ball soon in a different size to use as a chair! I like that the ball comes with 3 plugs, tools to remove plugs and the tape to show you how big to make it. VERY pleased with my purchase!!

I need this ball to assist with stretching exercises to "open up" my lower back as a part of an ongoing program to relieve chronic pain in my legs and build up my abs and gluts. I had no real problems inflating the ball except that it took a while. I could have sped up the process if I had gotten out my small compressor which should work with the "cone" inflation "needle." I stuck the cone in the opening and added air by mouth until it became difficult. Then I attached the "foot pump" and completed the process. I found that the "foot pump" works best when compressed between the hands accordion style. I bought a 75 cm ball which is about 29.5 inches. I inflated it until it just fit under my desk. A NICE TOUCH is that extra plugs and plug puller were included.

I bought this ball for exercise and for sitting on while working, and it's perfect. I'm just over five feet tall and got the 55 inch ball. It's sturdy, thick, and comfortable to sit on. I tried using it on tile and carpet for exercise and it seems to work well!Inflating: It came well packaged and with nozzles, a tool to remove the plug, and a pump. The pump isn't high end but it works well and was actually sort of fun to use, though the cat didn't appreciate the soft squeaking! It has a nozzle for inflating & deflating, which will be useful when I move. Other reviewers didn't enjoy the inflating experience, but it only took a couple of minutes, maybe less, and could be done with a foot or with two hands. Finally, it also came with a strip of paper to measure/determine the proper inflation. All told, I was using it a few minutes after pulling it out of the package.
